"Mr. Isom, our office tried to contact you multiple times regarding your drivers license beginning as far back as October 29th. You said that you wanted to make sure we weren't "scammers" and that you would email a copy as well as mail it. We never received the information requested. We cannot determine if you have a valid license without being able to verify that we have the proper information to run the Motor Vehicle Report. If there was some discrepancy between the info that we had and what was on the Driver's License, then we needed to verify that our information was correct. We called to notify you before State Farm sent out the letter in the mail on December 24th. We then attempted to reach you and left messages for you on your voicemail. This was all prior to the policy being dropped. Despite multiple attempts to contact you, we never received the information and the policy was dropped. "
